NOTE

In this booklet, all the Joyful Mysteries of the Most Holy Rosary, and especially the inspiring
Christmas biblical accounts in chapter 6 as related by the Evangelists, have been harmonized and
compiled into a single continuous narrative in the familiar words of the Douay -Rheims Bible.

We have done our best to follow for the most part the most likely
sequence of events, to the extent that it can be surmised from the context of Sacred Scripture.

Any phrases not found in the biblical texts appear within square brackets (i.e. [ ]).
Potentially misunderstood expressions are explained in textual notes by Bishop Richard Challoner,
from his 1764 A.D. edition of the Douay -Rheims Bible.
